John and joaquin are BUENOS amigos
John Speer and Joaquin Aubele are a creative team. They’re both from Germany. And also they’re not.
Although both were born there, Joaquin moved to Chile as a baby, where he learned everything about design, football, and prog rock. While John learned extremely long words to describe the joy of seeing someone fall off a cliff.
Fate led them both to Berlin, where they work now as a team, after working in Copenhagen, Paris, Hamburg and New York.
During their day, they take stabs at cracking briefs, concepts, and, if possible, that cold murder case at the abandoned copper mine down the road.
In their spare time, they like to ride their pet dinosaur.
But only if he’s in the mood. Because John and Joaquin care deeply about dinosaur rights.
They both dislike Cristiano Ronaldo but NOT because of his abs. They each think they understand “2001”. But are very wrong for different reasons
